On 11.09.2008, ~Indigo76 came down for a visit and along with a fellow photographer we headed out to an Air Show at the Air Force Base here in Las Vegas.

The take-offs were amazing, i love the sound of something so powerful! :D

Shot with my 70-200 telephoto and a 2x extender (400mm shot)! :)

Pretty sure thats an F15 Eagle - great that you've picked up all the details like the empty bomb racks underneath even travelling at such high speed :o

Thank you Jeremy....I will look it up :D I took over 1000 photos because of the difficulty of capturing these in flight! So many of them were cut off! :lol:

I had a similar problem trying to photograph my family on rollercoasters recently - great facial expresions when they're in the frame but lots of photos of complete strangers as well :D
